Articulate Storyline is an elearning authoring application that allows you to create web-based and interactive elearning modules. So far, Articulate Global, LLC has already produced four elearning authoring applications under the Storyline brand.

You can purchase Storyline 1, Storyline 2, and Storyline 3 with a one-time license. On the other hand, Storyline 360 is a subscription-based application that comes with Articulate 360, together with Rise, Review, and Replay, among other applications and services. Storyline 360 has more features and functions than Storyline 3, including access to Content Library 360 and the ability to publish a lesson as a video.

This course will help you learn how to use Storyline 360. There are similarities in the user interface of the different versions of Storyline, so this course can also guide you on how to use Storyline 3, 2, and perhaps 1.

This course is intended for instructional designers, elearning developers, and professionals who intend to shift their careers to instructional design. This course is also a helpful reference for tenured instructional designers who need a refresher after focusing on another aspect of their work for a long time, such as storyboarding or classroom training facilitation. This course can also serve as a refresher for those who used a different authoring application and need to use Storyline again on specific projects.
